If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork at info@nelsonanyways.com.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, including its frame and original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Because each collage is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, exchanges are not available.
Please note that slight imperfections, signs of age, discoloration, or irregularities resulting from the use of vintage materials and thrifted frames are an intentional part of the artwork and are not considered defects.
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the artwork and the packaging, so that I can assist you as quickly as possible.
Custom commissions, personalized artworks, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with applicable French consumer law.
All artworks remain protected by international copyright law. The purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and reproduction rights, remain exclusively with the artist.
The artist expressly reserves the right to reproduce the artwork in any format, including but not limited to fine art prints, postcards, books, publications, merchandise, exhibitions, digital media, and promotional materials. The purchase of the original artwork does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, license, or commercially exploit the image in any form without the artist's prior written permission.
